Shipping information

Australian and North American Orders

All orders to North America* will receive Free Shipping. If you are outside of these regions, please e-mail info@combatxtrainer.com to receive a shipping and handling quote. Once your payment has been cleared, the Combat X Trainer will be shipped within 48hours. After your package has been sent, it should arrive within 4-5days of dispatch. Express Shipping is available upon request. If you would like to elect express shipping, please e-mail us immediately after your purchase with your name and invoice number. Additional fees will apply.

Product Damaged in Shipping

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged, e-mail info@combatxtrainer.com within 30 days of delivery to make a claim. If something is wrong with an order, we will take immediate steps to replace the product or refund your money.

Using a damaged or defective product may void a warranty or damage claim. Damaged units will void the 60-day money back guarantee and cannot be returned. Combat X Trainer will be subject to wear and tear as a typical piece of exercise equipment, damage can result from using the Combat X Trainer on certain surfaces such as rough concrete floors.

Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Damaged products are usually visible from the exterior of the shipment. If products are damaged inside the packaging please contact us immediately.

If products have been damaged in shipping or are missing, we will replace the products or refund the price of those products. The decision to replace or refund the product will be made in consultation with you, the customer, as to which solution is acceptable for both parties. *A flat shipping fee of $15 will be applied for all shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
